The PowerFeud application is in an early stage and by no means a finished product. We are currently testing and iterating on all aspects of the product. As such we maintain the right and and strive to keep our privacy up to date in accordance to our product development. During this early stage we might amend our policy on a higher frequency then industry standard. Please take notes of any changed or updates.
Blow we provide you with an overview of this website, our data protection regulations and the entity responsible for your personal data.
1.1 About this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information about individual users or companies (“you” and “your”). Personal information we receive through our website https://www.powerfeud.no, related software and services (collectively, “Powerfeud”). We will also explain to you the measures we take to protect your personal data from unauthorized access. It’s important to us that you feel safe when using Powerfeud, which is why we take protecting your privacy very seriously.
1.2 Data controller.
The company responsible for processing your personal data is Powerfeud AS, with its registered office at ADDRESS (“we”, “us” and “our”). We act as the controller of your personal data.
1.3 About PowerFeud.
PowerFeud is an engagement platform that helps households reduce and balance their electricity consumption.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable national and international data protection laws, including the Norwegian Personal Data Act 2000 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
